I’m a workplace coach, change strategist, and enterprise transformation leader. For more than 15 years, I’ve worked with change in complex, highly regulated organizations, where strategy, people, and day-to-day work do not always line up.
Today, I help professionals and leadership teams see the whole picture, name the real source of friction, and find a practical way forward.

How I decide
As an Evaluator, I take time to observe across different situations. Space between conversations helps me notice what stays true.
When work fits
I work best where observation is valued and different perspectives are welcome. I can reflect what is happening without rushing toward a fixed answer.
What creates pressure
Pressure to decide immediately can obscure the bigger picture. I pay attention to disappointment and to how the environment changes what I notice.
This is my example. Your own Snapshot will show the decision style and work signals from your chart.
Listen first. See the whole picture. Keep it practical.
You can bring an unfinished thought or a difficult conversation. I listen first, ask questions, and reflect what I notice. Together, we work toward a next step that fits your actual life and working environment.
Look beneath the surface.
We spend time understanding what is creating the friction before choosing a solution.
Make space for the difficult question.
You can explore what feels uncertain, name what matters, and challenge assumptions without needing a ready answer.
Choose something you can use.
We turn what you notice into a practical next step, with room to test it in the conditions of your working life.
Frequently asked
You do not need to know BG5. Bring what is happening.
01Do I need to know BG5 or Human Design?
No. Bring the situation you are facing. I explain the language in everyday terms and connect it to what you notice at work.
02What will my free Snapshot show me?
Your Career Type, how you approach decisions, and signals that a working environment fits, or is creating pressure. You can read it on the website and return through a private email link.
03Why do you ask for birth details?
Your birth date, exact time, and birthplace are used to create the chart behind your Snapshot. Please use your own information. If you do not know your birth time, contact me before requesting a reading.
04What should I bring to Crossroads Alignment?
Bring one unresolved role, career, or leadership decision. Before our first session, think about what you have tried, who else is affected, and what you most need to understand.
05Is this therapy, legal advice, or a hiring assessment?
No. This is a coaching conversation. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health care, and it should not be used to make hiring decisions.
06What happens between the two sessions?
You take a personal decision framework back into your working life and observe what happens. We arrange the second session together so there is room to reflect before returning to the decision.
07How do payment and booking work?
Complete the three-question Crossroads application to continue to my Google booking page. Choose a time for your first 90-minute session and pay US$750 for the two-session package. After our first conversation and time to observe, we arrange the second 60-minute session together, with no second payment. Organizational engagements are scoped and arranged separately.
08When should I use the second session?
Use your second session within 60 days. We arrange the time together after your first conversation and a period of observation.
09Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Cancel the first session at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund. If you cancel session two at least 24 hours ahead and do not reschedule it, a 25% refund applies. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. You can reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before the appointment through your confirmation link. An appointment missed without notice is forfeited and cannot be transferred or rescheduled without purchasing a new session.
10Can you work with my organization?
Yes. I work with executives, compliance and risk leaders, and cross-functional teams. Tell me about your team size, the deadline you are facing, and where progress is getting stuck.
11Where do we meet?
I am based in Milwaukee and work online. Your appointment confirmation will include the meeting link.
