How I decide

As an Evaluator, I take time to observe across different situations. Space between conversations helps me notice what stays true.

When work fits

I work best where observation is valued and different perspectives are welcome. I can reflect what is happening without rushing toward a fixed answer.

What creates pressure

Pressure to decide immediately can obscure the bigger picture. I pay attention to disappointment and to how the environment changes what I notice.

This is my example. Your own Snapshot will show the decision style and work signals from your chart.

Five Career Types.
Different ways to work.

BG5 describes five Career Types. Each offers a different way to approach work, use your energy, and recognize when something is asking for your attention.

Initiator

You bring the spark that gets something moving. Let the people affected know what you are about to do.

What you bring

Starting change and breaking new ground.

What to watch for

Moving without informing others can meet resistance. Too little autonomy can feel constraining.

A question to sit with

“Who needs to know what I am about to do so I can move forward without unnecessary friction?”

Use these descriptions as a starting point for observation. Your experience, environment, and choices remain central.
