Your information is used to respond to you and provide the services you request. Receiving marketing email is always a separate choice.
When you request a Snapshot
The form asks for your name, email, birth date, exact birth time, birthplace, and the work decision you are facing. Your birth details are used to create your chart. Your work question helps me understand the context you bring.
Your result is available through a private link. Anyone with that link can open it, so please keep it to yourself.
When you get in touch
Your contact details, role, company, and answers are used to respond to your inquiry and prepare for working together. I have access to the information you share. Novala provides the website and supports the services that store and deliver it.
How long information is kept
Snapshot information is kept for up to 3 calendar months from the request date. Inquiries are kept for up to 6 calendar months from submission. When we begin a confirmed engagement, client information is kept while we work together and for 6 calendar months after the engagement ends. Active engagements are reviewed regularly.
You can ask to access or delete your information by emailing brian@reflectivebarometer.com.
Your email choices
Service emails include your private Snapshot link and replies about your inquiry. Occasional Reflective Barometer updates are optional. The sign-up box is left unchecked, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Website visits
Basic visit totals help me understand which pages are useful. They do not include birth details, the question you share, or your private result link.
